I take only 1 dose a day, 10mg in the morning. I'm currently on the low dose of 10mg. But I'm not certain what people with severe gastroparesis usually take, how they take it, how often, etc. I would love to hear stories (success stories and failure stories) from all and any of you who have been on Reglan before (or currently). A low starting dose, gradual titration, and divided doses are necessary to minimize the risk of orthostatic hypotension, bradycardia, and syncope.
